With the majority of our brokers holding a post graduate shipping law degree assistance with claims is admittedly what distinguishes Faros Marine Services from the rest of the pack.<\/p>\n

Our legal background affords us a hands on approach throughout the claim process making sure that the client\u2019s interests are best protected and that the insurance serves exactly the purpose for which it was drawn, to pay claims.<\/p>\n

Whether as a substitute to or an extension of their in house legal team, our clients are encouraged to use Faros Marine Services\u2019<\/strong>  expertise in all kinds of shipping law disputes. The benefit is obvious and highly recognized by the P&I Clubs and their respective FD&D departments.<\/p>\n

We offer our services as part and parcel of our duties as brokers, but same can be provided independently, if your needs dictate so.<\/p>\n
